Choose a process

Compare processes such as laser cutting or engraving, 3D printing, vinyl cutting, and hand fabrication.

Release to build

Before using fabrication equipment, show that the file has correct dimensions, appropriate geometry, a suitable material, and the required safety preparation.

Inspect the result

Measure, photograph, and evaluate the fabricated object. Differences between the digital design and the physical result are useful evidence for the next NICE cycle.
