Citation style
References use stable numbering based on the IEEE Reference Guide. A page can cite a whole source as [1] or a specific location as [1, Ch. 3, p. 76] or [1, Ch. 3, pp. 76–84].
For classroom use, this site modifies the usual IEEE locator by including the textbook chapter number whenever it is known. Chapter numbers make the cited material easier for students to find when they buy or use an edition whose page numbers differ.
As additional sources are added, their reference numbers remain stable so existing citations do not need to be rewritten.
